Joseph Verduci, 87, of Ranson, West Virginia, passed away Sunday, January 9, 2022 at home.

Born October 22, 1934 in Raritan Township, Middlesex, NJ, he was the son of the late Pasquale Verduci and Marie Venuto Verduci.

He was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Shepherdstown, WV.

Joseph was a US Navy veteran of the Korean War. He was a member and past commander of the American Legion Post 268, Wheaton, MD.

He is survived by two daughters, Christina and Allison; two sons, Anthony and Joe; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Elizabeth "Betty" Verduci; infant grandson, William Russell Johnson, III.

Family will receive friends Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 10am to 12pm at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV.

A Funeral Mass will be held at a later date.
