Joy Lee Moss, 81, of Martinsburg, WV passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at her residence.

Born March 8, 1941 in Ranson, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Marshall Theodore Weller and  Annie Louise Good Weller.

She was of the Christian faith.

Joy was a wonderful homemaker, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by two daughters, Joanna Tarmon of Martinsburg, WV and Betty Jane Conner and husband, Jonathan Ricker of Inwood, WV; 13 grandchildren, one sister, Brenda Weller and six brothers, Larry, Robert, Wayne, Raymond, Donald and Harry Weller.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her former husband and companion, Clayton Earl Moss, one daughter, Lucy Louise Hardy, two sons, Paul Ellsworth Hardy and Robert Lee Hardy, one grandson, Tommy Hardy, one granddaughter, Paula Waldron, one brother, Marshall "Bucky" Weller, and three sisters, Lilly M. Coleman, Donna Watson and Nancy Watson.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 pm on Monday, November 28, 2022 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Rev. Bucky Chapman officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant View Memory Gardens in Martinsburg, WV.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
