Joyce Lorraine Fraley-Woodward, 80, of Harpers Ferry, West Virginia passed away Thursday, August 11, 2022 at her residence.

She was born November 3, 1941 in Charles Town, West Virginia and was the daughter of late Hugh Wiley and Sally Cave Wiley.

She was of the Christian faith.

Joyce retired from Blue Ridge Elementary School as a cook with 17 years of service. She enjoyed bowling, bingo, crocheting and needlepoint, and loved her pet chicken, Suzy Q. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her loving husband, Robert G. "Bobby"; five daughters, Sandy Milton and husband, Ronald, Teresa Starkey, Kelly Longerbeam and husband, Kyle, Shelly Hough and fiancé, Mark, and Sherri Manes and husband, Kevin; two sons, Steve and fiancé, Chrissy, and Dustin and wife, Katie; 16 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by first husband, Ronald W. Fraley, Sr. in 1997; three sons, Wayne, Charles and Earl; one brother, Roger Wiley; one granddaughter, Angel Longerbeam; one great-grandson, Ryder Longerbeam and son-in-law, James Hough.

Services will be Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 10:00 am at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with the Rev. Thomas Hoffmaster officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant View Memory Gardens in Martinsburg, WV.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
