Judith Ann Lockhart, 79, of Gaithersburg, MD passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at her residence.

Born November 20, 1943 in LaFrank, WV, she was the daughter of the late Payge Parsons, Jr. and Virgie Morris.

Preceding her in death were her mother and father, her brothers Grant Parsons, Michael Parsons, and Ronnie Allen, sister Wanda Alderman, and ex-husband Frank Lockhart Sr.

Surviving are sisters Carolyn (Susie) Willis, of Frederick, MD, and Lynda Lazzarine, of Harper's Ferry, WV, and brother, Randall Allen, of Smithsburg, MD. Her sons are Frank Lockhart, Jr. of Las Vegas, NV, Steven Lockhart and Floyd Lockhart of Gaithersburg, MD, and daughter, Robin Slagle, of Bunker Hill, WV. She had numerous nieces and nephews, and grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Pall bearers Steven Lockhart, Fred Whisman, Johnny Lazzarine, Travis Forney, Donald Slagle, Tim Fisher.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, July 3, 2023 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Brother Randy Allen officiating. Interment will follow in Edge Hill Cemetery in Charles Town, WV.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
