Judy Kay Keys,60, of Shenandoah Junction, WV passed away Thursday, January 22, 2026 at her residence.

Born March 13, 1965 in Houston, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Bill McClellan and Joy Pate McClellan.

Judy attended Covenant Church in Shepherdstown, WV.

She is survived by her husband, Todd Michael Keys, children, Jeffrey Keys and wife, Alyssa and Gregory Keys and wife, Cara, four grandchildren, Michael, Evelyn, Wesley and Elodie Keys, one sister, Linda Arneson and three brothers, Larry, Jimmy and Mark McClellan.

Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, January 30, 2026 at Covenant Church, 7485 Shepherdstown Pike, Shepherdstown, WV with The Reverend Dr. Joel Rainey officiating. Interment will follow in Elmwood Cemetery, Shepherdstown, WV

The family will receive friends at the church two hours prior to the service.

The family request that people attending wear purple.
