Obituary

Judy Ann Fry Tisdale, 54, resident of Berkeley County, WV, went to be with the Lord on March 13, 2026. She died peacefully in her home.

Judy is survived by her two children, Sidney Oliver and Lindsey (Lucy) Gravlin. She was the grandmother to Autumn and Aiden Gravlin.

She is also survived by two brothers and one sister: Timothy McKinny, Terry McKinney, Connie Popkins and her favorite brother-in-law Johnny Popkins.

Another special woman in her life was (Granny)Eleanor Hubert, who played a significant role in Sidney and Judys life.

She is preceded in death by her father Ray (Buddy) Fry and mother Frances Ellen Hostler Fry.

Born on January 2nd, 1972, in Ranson, WV, she had a very giving heart and a kind spirit. Her sister would describe her as a sour patch kid. (Sweet & Sour all at the same time).

She loved her dog, Taylor (aka nugget). Her favorite color was blue and she enjoyed cooking. She loved nature, flowers, shopping and you could always find her buying a lottery ticket.

Services will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 11:00am, at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV, with Pastor Johnny Popkins officiating.

The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
