Judy Kay Anglin Westbrook, 74, passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023.  She was born on November 8, 1948, to the late Eugene and Vergie Marie Anglin from McDowell County, WV.  She and her husband, Braston, have been a resident of Charles Town, WV, since 2010.

She is survived by her husband, Braston Westbrook of 56 years; her son, Scott Westbrook; her daughter, Rebecca Westbrook Stang (Rick Stang), and three grandchildren whom she loved dearly:  Hannah Stang Covington (Hayden Covington), Hayden Stang, and Holden Stang.

She is also survived by two brothers:  David Anglin (Janet Anglin) of Bland, VA, and Freddie Anglin (Judy Anglin) of Bradshaw, WV, and many nieces and nephews.

She dedicated her life to being a homemaker and many church activities including teaching Sunday School at Bradshaw for over 30 years, and Seasoned Saints at Crosspoint, which brought her much joy. She was an avid animal lover and a wonderful friend to all.

Memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, September 9, 2023 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV, 25425.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to funeral service.
