Kathy Ann Webber, 68, of Ranson, WV, passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at Berkely Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV.

Born January 25, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Ramona Brown. She was of the Christian Faith.

Kathy loved flowers and the outdoors and enjoyed the racetrack.

She is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Kenny, at home; two daughters, Kensei Besaw and husband, Kenneth of Ranson, WV, Angela Lang of Lexington, NC; one son, Timothy Travis and wife, April of Williamsport, MD; eight grandchildren, Kiley, Angelina, Christian, Sean, Frankie, Samantha, Kevin, Markayla; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Rayetta Settle; one brother, Austin Shaff; two sisters-in-law, Grace Ann Brooks, Kimberley Stickle; one brother-in-law, Timothy Webber and wife, Jessica; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Debra Spangler.

Services will be held on Monday, August 25, 2025, at 2:00 P.M., at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV.

The family will receive friends two hours prior to funeral service at the funeral home.
