Obituary

Keitha L. LeMaster, 83, of Shepherdstown, WV, died Thursday, June 4, 2026, at the Care Haven Center in Martinsburg, WV.

Born on July 30, 1942, in Martinsburg, she was the daughter of the late William and Corrine (Hensley) Miller. She was a member of the Bedington United Methodist Church.

Growing up, she was a member of the Swan Pond Happy Workers 4-H Club, the Greensburg United Methodist Youth Fellowship, and the Martinsburg High School Marching band, playing the clarinet.

Upon her high school graduation, she worked for a short time for the federal government before becoming the office administrator for Jefferson Sales and Manufacturing Plant in Martinsburg, WV. She worked into her 70’s, finishing out her career, as the life and health insurance administrator for 20 years with Smallwood & Small Insurance.

She was a 33-year member of the Jefferson County Mecklenburg Community Educational Outreach Service (CEOS), part of the West Virginia University Extension Service. She was also a member of the Shepherdstown Volunteer Fire Department serving as an Emergency Medical Technician in the 1970’s. She was a Mary Kay Consultant and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star for many years.

She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Charles; one daughter Deidre (Didi); brother Tom Miller; son-in-law Randy; and two grandchildren Jack and Paige.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 11, 2026, at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home at 1:30 pm. The family will receive friends from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm preceding the service. Interment will be private.
