Kerry Sandra Elliott, 62, of Charles Town, WV, passed away on Monday, November 10, 2025, at Jefferson Medical Center, in Ranson, WV.

Born on February 4, 1963, in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of Marlene Allen and the late Ernest Watson. She was of the Christian Faith.

Kerry loved watching Tanner play golf and riding horses and attending horse shows. She adored her grandson, Rhyker, her pride and joy. She always gave far more than she received.

She is survived by her son, Tanner Elliott and wife, Sara, of Charles Town, WV; one grandson, Rhyker; mother, Marlene Allen; faithful K-9 companion, Bolt; and faithful equine companion, Socks.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Elliott, in 2019; and her stepfather, Wayne Allen, in 2013.
