Kevin Marshall Payne 67 passed away August 14 2023 in Kearnysville West Virginia.

He was born in Hagerstown Md on September 29, 1956 to Marshall Payne and Dolores (Chrissinger) Payne and grew up in the Washington County Md area.

He graduated from Boonsboro High School in 1974. After graduation he worked many different jobs including CSX Railroad. He was a tractor trailer driver and also a heavy equipment operator for many years until his retirement in 2019.

He was preceded in death by both his parents and grandparents (Clifford and Nina Kaetzel) and many fur babies he adored.

He is survived by two children Dawn Payne and Christopher Payne, one brother Brian Payne of Hagerstown Md and one sister, Karen Lerch of Sharpsburg Md. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will take place in the spring of 2024.
