Leroy Miller Johnson, 81, of Millville, WV passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at Jefferson Medical Center.

Born on July 2, 1944, in Millville, WV, Leroy was the son of the late Katherine Woodward and Alfred H. Johnson.

He retired from the Bureau of Engraving and Printing in Washington, D.C. with over 20 years of service.

He is survived by his children, Troy Johnson and wife, Judy, Harpers Ferry, WV, Yvette Johnson, Millville, WV, Daryl Johnson and wife, Melody, Kearneysville, WV; grandchildren, Samantha Dillow, Sarah Soto, Cody Johnson, Sydney Thomas; great-grandchildren, Christopher, Jocelyn, Jacq, Kaleb, and Parker.

In addition to his parents, Leroy was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Nancy Jane Johnson; and two brothers, Wayne and Musky Johnson.

If you know Leroy, he was always laughing. He spent his free time playing cornhole, playing poker and running to casinos. He loved watching sports. He enjoyed spending time with friends, too many to name, and family.

Services will be held on October 3, 2025, at 11:00 A.M., at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV, with Reverend Danny Nick officiating.

Interment will follow at Pleasant View Memory Gardens, 2938 Charles Town Road, Kearneysville, WV 25430.

The family will receive friends on October 2, 2025, from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M., at the funeral home.
