Lester Francis Rau, 52, of Shepherdstown, WV passed away Sunday, June 2, 2024 at his residence.

Born October 1, 1971 in Gettysburg, PA, he was the son of the late Vernon Rau and Barbara Naugle Rau.

He is survived by his wife, Denise Kay Hess, at home, aunt, Jane Brewer of Gettysburg, PA, one stepdaughter, Ciara Hess and one stepson, Shawn Hess.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Rau.

Services will be held at a later date.
