Linda Darlene White, 70, of Harpers Ferry, WV, was called home on August 6, 2021.

Born December 30, 1950 in Ranson, WV, she was the daughter of the late Harry Cleveland Armstrong and Ellen (Dillow) Armstrong.

She was a member of the Church of First Born.

Linda was an insurance clerk. She is a graduate of Charles Town High School class of 1968, and enjoyed spending time with her children as well as baking.

Surviving are her two sons; Jamie White and wife Shawn of Kearneysville, WV and Timmy White and wife Amanda of Harpers Ferry, WV, eleven grandchildren; Kyle, Jackson, and Emily White; Sara Allen, Heather Fridley; Zachary, Tyler, Brianna, and Izzy Thomas; Travis Long, and Trenton Talton, two great grandchildren; Trinity Fridley and Saylor Allen, friend and caregiver; Holly Watson; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jimmy Ray White, and one daughter; Sherri Lynn White.

Services will be held Wednesday, August 11, at 11:00 A.M. at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV. Interment will follow in Murrill Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at the funeral home from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
