Lolita Mae Robinson, 90 of Ranson, WV, died July 6, 2024 at her residence.

Born November 8, 1933 in Myerstown, WV, she was the daughter of the late Joseph G. Newman and Bessie L. (Johnson) Newman.

Mrs. Robinson graduated from Page Jackson High School. She retired from EDS, Chantilly, VA and worked at Cliffside Inn many years prior.

She was an active member of Asbury United Methodist Church, Shepherdstown, WV.

She is survived by daughter, Lisa Robinson Patterson (Raynard) of Gerrardstown, WV; son, Carrington Glenn Robinson (Sandy), Ranson, WV; daughter, Deborah Robinson, Ranson, WV; one brother, Richard Newman, of Charles Town, WV; sister-in-law, Betty Clark Newman, Charles Town, WV; thirteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren; three step children, Gloria Jean Robinson, Leonard L. Robinson, Jr., and Stevie Robinson, of Staunton, VA.

She enjoyed family time and going shopping and most of all, her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard L. Robinson; son, Kenneth L. Robinson; five sisters, Laura Russ, Bertha Taylor, Elizabeth Jackson, Dorothy Clark and Josephine Thomas; four brothers, George Newman, Joseph Newman, Charles Newman and James Newman.

Service will be held Monday, July 15, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV, with Reverend Dr. Paul Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Myerstown Cemetery.

The family will receive friends two hours prior to service at the funeral home.
