Mabel Salinas, 68, of Harpers Ferry, WV passed away Friday, October 31, 2025.
Born April 26, 1957 in Bolivia, she was the daughter of the late Luis Salinas and Carmen Castedo.
She was of the Catholic faith.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, November 7, 2025 at St. James Catholic Church, 49 Crosswinds Drive, Charles Town, WV with Father Travis Moger as the Celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Peters Cemetery in Harpers Ferry, WV.
The family will receive friends at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV on Thursday, November, 6, 2025 from 6-8 pm with a Rosary and vigil at 7:30 pm.
