Margaret Lorraine Goodrich, 105, of Hagerstown, MD passed away Friday, February 9, 2024 at her residence.

Born January 1, 1919 in Shepherdstown, WV, she was the daughter of the late Richard Daniel Cash and Susie Anne Breeden Cash.

Margaret was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Shepherdstown, WV and a member of the Antietam Post American Legion Auxiliary in Sharpsburg, MD.

She is survived by her daughter, Mina Goodrich and husband, Larry of Shepherdstown, WV,  two sons, Dexter Dale Goodrich and wife, Murleen of Delta, CO and Wayne Goodrich and wife, Donna of Shepherdstown, WV, three grandchildren, Robert Goodrich, Dusty Honn and Michael Goodrich, and five great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a special cousin, Evelyn C. Niedentohl of Waynesboro, VA.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 65 years, William K. Goodrich in 2012, four sisters, Zelder Dehaven, Helen Armstrong, Alpha French, Anna Cash and one brother, Harold Cash.

A graveside service will be held at 11:30 am on Thursday, March 14, 2024  at  Elmwood Cemetery in Shepherdstown, WV.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shepherdstown Fire Department or the Shepherdstown Public Library.
