Martha Rebecca Ruffner "Butterfly"'s Obituary
Martha Rebecca Ruffner, 73, of Winchester Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, November, 16, 2021 at Winchester Medical Center.
She was born May, 30, 1948 to the late Joseph Woods and Catherine Shaffer Woods, in Jefferson, Maryland.
Martha is survived by one daughter, Tammy Setters (Tim) of Harpers Ferry; two sons, Paul DeLauder (Thomas Kramer) of Kearneysville and Mark DeLauder (Lisa) of Cascade MD; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Owen "Harvey" Ruffner; daughter, Beckie Wilt and son, Keith DeLauder.
Services will be private.
