Mary Elizabeth Woodard Reed, 74, of Ranson, WV passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023 at Shenandoah Center in Charles Town, WV.

Born March 5, 1949 in Leesburg, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Willis Browning Woodard and Mattie Lillian Tarmon Woodard.

Mary was a member of Millville Pentecostal Church for 60 years.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary Elizabeth Reed, at home, granddaughter, Deanna Reed of Millville, WV, daughter-in-law, Tracy Reed of Millville, two brothers-in-law, Stephen Reed, Sr. and wife, Cheryl of Nottingham, MD and Lester Reed and wife, Marilyn of Charles Town, WV, two sisters-in-law, Jean Reed of Bolivar, WV and Linda Reed of Shenandoah Junction, WV and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Lee Roy Reed, Sr., one son, Lee Roy Reed, Jr., and one brother, Willis "Junior" Woodard and two brothers-in-law.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, November 24, 2023 at Millville Pentecostal Church with Pastor Jacob Hill officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant View Memory Gardens in Martinsburg, WV.

The family will receive friends at the church  two hours prior to the service.
