Obituary

Mary Lynn (Fabrizio) Wallington, 70, of Ranson, WV passed peacefully on Thursday, February 23, 2023, after a 3 year battle with cancer.

Mary Lynn was born to Lawrence Fabrizio and Frieda (Coppola) Fabrizio in South Orange, NJ. She graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor's of Science in Recreation. She was a devout Catholic, wife, mother and grandmother. Her grandchildren were her greatest joy. She is loved and greatly missed.

She married James F. Wallington on September 16, 1978. They have seven children, Stephen Wallington (Aleacha), Nadia Wallington, Anatoly Wallington (Keturah), Olga Wallington, Galina Wallington and Nicholas Wallington and seven grandchildren, Adelyn, Garrett, Leah, Amelia, Eden, Zayne, and Carmella. She is also survived by  siblings, Ralph Fabrizio,  Carrie (Fabrizio) Steinbauer, and Lawrence Fabrizio and many extended family members, including cousins, nieces, nephews and friends, whom she loved dearly.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by son, Alexander Wallington, sister, Lois Corcoran and brother, Michael Fabrizio.

A Solemn High Requiem Mass will be celebrated by the priests of the Canons Regular of the New Jerusalem at 10:00 am on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at St James Catholic Church, 49 Crosswinds Drive, Charles Town, WV. Interment will follow in St. Peters Cemetery in Harpers Ferry, WV.

The family will receive friends at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry WV on Monday, February 27, 2023 from 6-8 pm with a Vigil and a Rosary to be held at 7:30 pm.
