Melinda Louise Davis, 72, of Harpers Ferry, WV passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at Fairfax INOVA.

Born January 19, 1953 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Elwood Parker and Ethel Butler Parker.

She was of the Christian faith.

Melinda was very creative and artistic and especially loved painting. She was a wonderful baker, which she did professionally for 14 years. She and Randy enjoyed many cruises together.

She is survived by her loving husband, Randy, at home, one daughter, Emily Walker, two sons, Scott Walker and Jim Davis and wife, Amy and four grandchildren, Trevor, Jenna, RJ and Scotty.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Sydney Seabolt, one sister, Kathleen Parker and two brothers, Harry and Johny Parker.

Services will be held at 6:00 pm on Monday, January 27, 2025 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Rev. Terry Crawford officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home two hours prior to the service.

A Celebration gathering will immediately follow at the Clarion Inn, 4328 William L. Wilson Freeway, Harpers Ferry, WV.
