Melissa Lynn Pittaro, 49, of Martinsburg, WV passed away Saturday, December 16, 2023 at her residence.

Born July 13, 1974 in Livingston, NJ, she was the daughter of Anthony Michael Pittaro and Eileen Miller Pittaro.

She was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Irvington, NJ.

Melissa was a wonderful mother and daughter, who will be deeply missed.

In addition to her parents, Anthony and Eileen, she is survived by one daughter, Brianna Nickas of Ranson, WV, one son, Anthony Nickas of Martinsburg, WV, one sister, Sandra Pittaro, two nephews, Luke and Kurt Resch and former husband, Daniel Nickas.

She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Angel and one sister, Terry Ann Pittaro.

The family will receive friends at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV on Thursday, December 28, 2023 from 6-8 pm with a vigil and rosary at 7:30 pm.
