Michael Grantham Riner, 71, of Shenandoah Junction, WV passed away Monday, August 21, 2023 at his residence.

Born October 9, 1951 in Martinsburg, WV, he was the son of the late James Arthur Riner and Nellie Elizabeth Elwood Riner.

Michael was a graduate of Hedgesville High School. He loved farming and spent his whole life in agriculture.

He is survived by his loving wife, Christine, at home; two sons, Craig and Kirk Riner, one sister, Jean Reed, three brothers, Paul, Clifford and David Riner, special nephew, Bobby Riner and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to parents, he is preceded in death by his first wife, Madeline, two sisters, Marjorie and Cora Mae and two brothers, John and George.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, August 25, 2023 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Pastor Sam Snow officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 6-8 pm.
