Myrna Rae Linton, age 74, of Charles Town, WV, passed away peacefully on April 21, 2026, in her home.
Born May 19, 1951, in Springfield, WV, Myrna was the daughter of Harry Raymond Crock and Rosie Susan Timbrook Crock. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend who touched the lives of many with her kindness, strength, and unwavering love for her family.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Robert William Linton, who passed away 16 years ago. Their love and partnership remained a lasting influence throughout her life.
Myrna is survived by her three sisters Nikki Isherwood, Sheri Crock, and Diane Carroll; three children; one daughter, Kristi Haines and husband Willie Haines; one son Shane Linton and wife Sheryl Linton; and one step-son Andy Linton and wife Traci Linton; two grandchildren Kaitlyn Kave and Ryland Haines; and four step-grandchildren Tessa McNeil, Kris Pliz, Keith Harbaugh, and Brittany Riley; one great grandchild Matthew Day and three step-great grandchildren Blake Harbaugh, Serenity Bowers, and Colton Bowers.
She will be remembered for her love of family and friends and her caring nature.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm, April 24, 2026, at Pleasant View Memory Gardens at 2938 Charles Town Road, Kearneysville, WV 25430. A Reception will follow at 174 Tall Pines Dr, Charles Town, WV 25414.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
