Nancy Marie Chapman Stolipher, 79, of Charles Town, West Virginia passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at Jefferson Medical Center in Ranson, West Virginia.

She was born July 20, 1943 in Charles Town, West Virginia and was the daughter of the late Paul Daniel Chapman and Ethel Marie Heskett Chapman.

Nancy was a vestry member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Rippon, WV.

Nancy graduated from Charles Town High School, Class of 1961 as well as Kings Daughters Hospital School of Nursing, Class of 1964. Nancy was a Flight Nurse with the 167 ^th Air National Guard from 1967-1969. She retired from Jefferson County Health Department with 28 years of service in 2006.

Nancy was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge No. 948 and was a show

secretary at the Eastern Panhandle Saddle Club in Berkeley County.

She is survived by three sons, Mark Douglas Stolipher, Stephen Daniel Stolipher  and Drew Chapman Stolipher; eight grandchildren, Reagan, Tyler, Clayton, Piper, Ryder, Garrett, Corbin and Oakley

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Douglas Lee Stolipher and one brother, Paul Donald Chapman.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, November 21, 2022 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Rev. Bobby Shives officiating. Interment will follow in Edge Hill Cemetery in Charles Town, WV.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, November 20, 2022 from 6-8 pm.
