Noraleta Ann Holmes, 54, of Inwood, WV passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at Berkeley Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV.

Born March 26, 1967, she was the daughter of Betsy Nick Rinker and the late Larry Rinker.

She was a member of New Covenant Christian Church in Winchester, VA

"Leta" loved the ocean. It was her happy place, and she enjoyed seeing everyone smile.

In addition to her mother, Betsy, she is survived by her loving husband, Bobby, at home; two brothers, Tony and John Rinker, and several nieces, nephews and numerous cousins.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, January 24, 2022 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Pastor James Schulke and Pastor Steve Wymer officiating. Interment will follow in Rosedale Cemetery in Martinsburg, WV.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home two hours prior to the service.
