Patricia Ann Graeff, 82, of Charles Town, WV passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at the Hospice Inpatient Facility in Kearneysville, WV.

Born November 15, 1936 in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late Jeremiah Fitzpatrick and Edna Mattingly Fitzpatrick.

She was a member of the Parish of St. James the Greater Catholic Church in Charles Town, WV.

Patsy was a devoted mother and grandmother and a loving sister. Her Catholic faith carried her through the sometimes difficult path of life, making her quite able and always willing to offer encouragement to others, whatever their plight might be.

She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Schmidt and husband, Michael of Suwanee, GA; son-in-law, Carroll Harne of Charles Town; one sister, Kathleen Collins, one brother, Edward Fitzpatrick, two grandchildren, Evan and Caroline Schmidt, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, two sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Michele Graeff and one brother, James Fitzpatrick.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, January 28, 2019 at St. James Catholic Church, 49 Crosswinds Drive, Charles Town, WV with Father Manny Gelido as the Celebrant.
