Patricia Ann Hose, 59, of Charles Town, WV passed away Saturday, July 3, 2021 at Jefferson Medical Center in Ranson, WV.

Born April 25, 1962 in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Della Schuler.

Patricia was a very giving person and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Thomas H. Hose, at home; one son, Thomas H. Hose, II of Bunker Hill, WV; two sisters, Judith Milburn of Bunker Hill and Betty Bowers of Shepherdstown, WV and her namesake, for whom she was named, Pat Monager of Funkstown, MD.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Jerry Morrison.

Services will be held at a later date.
