Patricia Ann Shamburg, 57, of Kearneysville, WV passed away on July 19, 2026, at Berkeley Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV.
Born on March 23, 1969, in Ranson, WV, she was the daughter of Jack and Dora Custer. She was of the Pentecostal Faith.
Our beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, Patricia, was truly one of a kind. To know her was to love her. She was a beautiful, caring, and selfless woman who spent her entire life giving of herself to the people she loved most. Patricia had a heart bigger than words could ever express and was always there to love, support, and care for her family. She gave so much of herself and never hesitated to put the needs of others before her own.
Her greatest joy and happiest place was surrounded by her husband, children, and grandchildren. Her family was her whole world, and the love she had for them was evident in everything she did. Patricia had a way of making everyone feel loved, cared for, and important.
She had the most beautiful smile—one that could light up a room and will forever be remembered by all who knew and loved her. Her kindness, warmth, and unconditional love left an everlasting mark on the hearts of her family and friends.
Patricia was deeply loved, fiercely cherished, and will be missed more than words can ever express. Her love will live on through her husband, children, grandchildren, and all those blessed to have known her.
She is survived by her husband, Brian Shamburg, Sr.; children, Jackie Vega, Amanda Roane, Shane Roane, Brian Shamburg, Jr.; son-in-law, Thomas Potter; grandchildren, Jalena, Joaquin, Jack, Ella, Ethan, Riley, Blake, Aryanna, Devina, Tyler; siblings, Gilbert Huff, Nettie Kain, Kevin Covert, Keith Covert, Kristi Covert, Morgan Huff.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Megan Huff.
Services will be held on Friday, July 24, 2026, at 3:00 P.M., at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV, with Pastor Ollie Baer officiating.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
