Patsy Ann Starr, 89, of Inwood, West Virginia passed away Sunday, July 10, 2022 at Berkeley Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV.

She was born March 7, 1933 in Brunswick, Maryland and was the daughter of the late Woodrow Free and Madline Woods Free.

She is survived by two daughters, Mona Strine and Barbara Reed; four sons, Richard, Jess, Frank and Brian Starr; eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and one sister, Dinah Bentley.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one son, Michael Starr and two brothers, Charles and Gary Free.

Services will be Monday, July 18, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Pastor Earl Strine officiating. Interment will follow at St. Mark's Cemetery in Knoxville, MD.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
