Paul Anthony Whitmore, 62, of Charles Town WV passed away peacefully on March 12th 2025. He was born on August 24th 1962 and was the son of the late Robert "Bill" and Ruby Whitmore.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Robert "Junior" Whitmore and Calvin "Sam" Whitmore, and his sisters, Evelyn Whitmore, Ruby Ellen Jenkins, Mary Carroll, and Judy Newlin all of Charles Town WV.

He is survived by his son, Paul Anthony Whitmore II,  three granddaughters Chloe, Zoey, and Bella Whitmore of Harpers Ferry, WV,  his sisters Ruth Bodencak and Karen Jenkins Hartlove,  brothers Terry Whitmore, Lt. Kenny Jenkins, Kraig Jenkins, Kirk Jenkins, and Kris Jenkins and numerous cousins nieces and nephews.

Paul recently retired from the Veterans Administration in Martinsburg, WV, but spent most his life working in construction. He cherished his family and friends and would always make himself available to those who needed him. Paul was a strong and hard working man who stood strong on his morals and beliefs. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and other toys, wrestling, hunting, and going to the beaches.

Paul will always be deeply missed and loved and greatly remembered. May he rest easy.

Services will be at 11:00 am on Saturday,  April 26th 2025 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
