Ray Clyde Fry, 78, of Kearneysville, WV passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at Jefferson Medical Center in Ranson, WV.

Born February 25, 1943 in Strasburg, VA,  he was the son of the late James Milton Fry and Lillian Martha Bowser Fry.

He attended Destination Church in Kearneysville, WV.

Ray was always a jokster and loved to carry on and have a good time. He was always the entertainment.

He is survived by two daughter, Judy Tisdale of Bunker Hill and Connie Popkins and husband, John of Kearneysville; three sons, Anthony Smoot, Terry and Timmy McKinney; five grandchildren, Jason, Whitney, Ryan, Lindsey and Sidney, seven great-grandchildren, four sisters, Thelma Shifflett, Ellen Barrick, Martha Stonis and Dorothy Henry and three brothers, Clarence "Teddy" Fry, Marshall Fry and Jerry Fry.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Frances Fry in 1984, two sisters, Jean Snow and Jeannette Evans and three brothers, James, Elmer and Bobby Fry.

Services will be held at 1:30 pm on Friday, February 4, 2022 at Destination Church, 437 Border Road, Kearneysville, WV 25430 with Pastor Steve Mohn officiating.

Interment will follow in Pleasant View Memory Gardens in Martinsburg, WV.

The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday from 6-8 pm and  two hours prior to the service on Friday.
