Richard "Chip" Allen Wallace, II, 34, of Ranson, WV passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at Jefferson Medical Center in Ranson, WV.

Born March 6, 1989 in Myrtle Beach, SC, he was the son of Richard Wallace Sr. and Pamela Holstein -Wallace.

He was of the Christian faith.

Chip was a graduate of Jefferson High School, Class of 2007. He was a member of Alpha Sigma Phi at Fairmont State College.

Chip adored his daughter, Riley, beyond measure.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Riley Wallace, sister, Chelsea Wallace, and several extended family members.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV.  Interment will follow in St. Peters Cemetery in Harpers Ferry, WV.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, December 11, 2023 from 6-8 pm.
