Richard Lee Dinges, 57, of Harpers Ferry, WV passed away on Friday, July 9, 2021 at his residence.

Born October 3, 1963 in Ranson, WV, he was the son of the late Harry Elmer Dinges and Jessie Lovella Grey Dinges.

Richard had retired as a plumber with over 30 years of service. He was an avid  outdoorsman.

He is survived by two sons, Ricky Dinges and fiance', Lori of Martinsburg and Bradley Dinges and wife, Karla of Harpers Ferry; one brother, Scott Lowe and fiance', Rebecca; fiance', Melissa Miller; six grandchildren, Samantha, Blake, Gemma, Jaxson, Kinsley, and Raelynn, niece, Crystal Barnhouse and nephew, Dusty Dinges.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Harry "Sonny" Elmer Dinges, Jr.

Services will be held at a later date.
