Richard Lance Alger, 61, of Charles Town, WV passed away Monday, November 13, 2023.
Born April 5, 1962 in Harpers Ferry, WV, he was the son of Calvin and Carolyn Alger.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at Asbury United Methodist Church, 110 W. North Street, Charles Town, WV with Pastor Duane Jensen officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Bolivar, WV.,
