Richard C. Newberry, 76, of Shepherdstown WV, passed away on Thursday, October 26th 2023, at his home.

Born on March 9, 1947, in Detroit MI; he was the son of the late Charles Newberry and the late Simonne (Cantel) Newberry, of Harsen's Island, MI.

He is survived by his former wife, mother of his two sons and lifelong friend, Karen Newberry of Palm Coast, FL; sons Christiaan Newberry (Nicole) of Boonsboro, MD, and Shawn Newberry (Tammy) of Palm Coast, FL; two brothers Marc Newberry and Dean Newberry (JoAnne) of Harsens Island, MI; grandchildren Dr. Zakary Newberry, Asher Newberry, Aliyah Newberry, SPC Ryan Newberry, Laney Newberry and Natalie Newberry; and numerous extended relatives and friends.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
