Robert "Bobby" " Babes" Courtney, 63, of Shenandoah Junction passed away Monday, December 6, 2021

Born September 20, 1958, he was the son of the late Seldon and Shirley Courtney.

He survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Aletha Courtney; his daughter Cheryl Brown and husband , Dennis; his grandson, Trajon Brown and companion Zailey Taulton; his brother, Floyd "Chink" Courtney; two sisters, Tammy Heminway and husband, Bobby and Heather Courtney ; his nephew, Brandon Heminway and companion Makenzie Philyaw; his niece Brittany Courtney; two great-nieces, Emmersyn and Macie.

He was employed by Superior Paving for twenty years.

He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Services will be held Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 2:30pm at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV.

The family will receive friends Monday, December 13, 2021 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
