Robert (Bobby) Mathew Mills, 62, of Martinsburg, WV, passed away on October 11, 2025, at home.

Born December 25, 1962, in Charles Town, WV, he was the son of the late Ronald Lee Mills and Wanda Louise Lemon. He was of the Methodist Faith.

In his younger years, he worked with the carnival, and Barber and Ross Construction. Since then, he has been doing odd and end jobs. He loved riding his motorcycle, and he loved his dog, Gracie.

He is survived by one brother, David Mills, Sr. and wife, Sheri of Ranson, WV; two sisters, Brenda Grove and husband, Dennis of Harpers Ferry, WV, Tammy Boyd and husband, Robert of Harpers Ferry, WV.

Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. , at Pleasant View Memory Gardens, 2938 Charles Town Road, Kearneysville, WV 25430, with Pastor Harry Neidig officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bolivar United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 205 Harpers Ferry, WV 25425.
