Ronald E. Jamison, 73, of Martinsburg, WV, formerly of Bakerton, WV died February 17, 2025.

Born December 5, 1951, he was the son of the late Albert Leo Jamison and Reba Mitchell Jamison.

He was a member of Bakerton Bible Church (formerly the Church of God) and the Windy Knob Hunting Club in Petersburg, WV.

Ron graduated from Harpers Ferry High School, Class of 1970. He played slow pitch baseball for various church leagues over the years, as well as he coached and umpired. He enjoyed sharing his knowledge of baseball with Landon and Logan and listening to Chloe and Caitlyn play the violin. He was a long-time fan of the Washington Commanders, Nationals and Capitals. He had a servant's heart and was always ready to help anyone he could and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his sister, Joyce Stanley (Tom) of Martinsburg, niece, Melissa Wilcox (Jon) of Tennessee, nephew, Michael Stanley (Jen) of Martinsburg, grandnephews, Landon and Logan, grandnieces, Chloe and Caitlyn Wilcox, Uncle Ray Jamison (Joyce) of Charles Town, Aunt Delores Manuel of Harpers Ferry and many cousins.

Services will be held at 12:00 pm on Friday, February 28, 2025 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Pastor Mark Henson and Pastor Van Marsceau officiating. Inurnment will follow in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
