Ronald Allen Lewis, Sr., 62, of Shenandoah Junction, WV passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at his residence.

Born July 31, 1962 in Columbus, OH, he was the son of the late Alfred Lewis and Dolly Honaker Lewis.

He was a heavy equipment operator for Percontee, a company that took extraordinary care of him throughout his illness. Ron was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved doing so with his grandchildren.

He is survived by two daughters, Vanessa Dykes and Sarah Slade, both of Roanoke, VA, one son, Ronnie Lewis, Jr. and fiancé, Bobbi of Martinsburg, WV, nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren on the way,  one sister, Debra James, one brother, Thomas Lewis and special niece, Brieanne Combs.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife of over 35 years, Carole, one grandson, Keontae, one sister, Sandy Price and one brother, Jerry Lewis.

The family will receive friends Monday, November 4, 2024 from 6-8 pm at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV, with the memorial service to  begin at 7:00 pm.
