Ronnie William Spinks, 72, of Harpers Ferry, WV passed away Thursday, June 13, 2024 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility in Kearneysville, WV.

Born August 12, 1951 in Peonian Springs, VA, he was the son of the late William Spinks and Evelyn Brown Spinks.

He was of the Methodist faith.

He was a retired electrical field supervisor with Loudoun County Government. He was an avid golfer and loved to ride his motorcycle and play his guitar. He will be missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Phyllis, at home, two daughters, one son, two grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Services will be private.
