“Rose” Rosemary Marie Clark, 67, of Falling Waters, WV, passed away on August 24, 2026, in Hagerstown, MD.

Born on May 5, 1959, in Martinsburg, WV, she was the daughter of the late George and Neda Shackelford. She was of the Christian faith.

Rose was an avid quilter and an intense grandmother.

She is survived by her loving husband, Tod Clark at home; two daughters, Shirley Koch and husband, John of Kearneysville, WV, Jennifer Holder and fiancé, Chris of Martinsburg, WV; one son, Joseph “Joe” Bowers and partner, Daisy of Martinsburg, WV; sixteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two brothers, Robert Shackelford and Rodger Shackelford.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Melvin Bowers III; two brothers, Richard Shackelford and Russell Shackelford.

Services will be held on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 2:00 P.M., at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV, with Pastor Bruce Carpenter officiating. 

The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Autism Awareness.
