Roxanne Elizabeth Biller, 59, of Harpers Ferry, WV passed away Thursday, March 30, 2023.

Born March 20, 1964 in Ranson, WV, she was the daughter of the late Walter Everhart and Beatrice Grove Everhart.

She was of the Methodist faith and a member of the Blue Ridge Fire Department Auxiliary.

Roxanne was a wonderful mother, grandmother and friend to all and will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her son, Dakota Biller, her daughter, Amber Dawn Rickard, two grandchildren, Hannah Bowles and Izayah Heldrith, all of Harpers Ferry, WV; two brothers, Danny Everhart of Harpers Ferry and Glen Everhart of Charles Town, WV and one sister, Darlene Cole of Harpers Ferry.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one sister, Paula Smith and one brother, Richard Everhart.

A memorial service  will be held Friday, April 14, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Silver Grove United Methodist Church.
