Roy Henry Rogers Woodward, 67, of Charles Town, WV, passed away on April 29, 2026, at the Hospice of the Panhandle in Kearneysville, WV.

Born on September 17, 1958, in Leesburg, VA, he was the son of the late William J. Woodward and Alice R. Fletcher.

He is survived by his two brothers, Nelson and Sylvester Woodward; and an abundance of nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, William Woodward, Jr., Patty painter, Linda Cameron, Edith Getts, Stephen Woodward, Gene Woodward, Aubrey Woodward and Everett Woodward.

Services will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 11:00 A.M., at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV, with Reverend Bucky Chapman officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
