Sally Ann Fink, 69, of Charles Town, WV passed away August 23, 2025 at Jefferson Medical Center in Ranson, WV.

Born January 4, 1956 in Arlington, VA, she was the daughter of the late Cletus and Mildred Rissler Adkins.

She was of the Christian faith.

Sally was a most loving mother and grandmother with a kind and generous heart.

She is survived by one daughter, Stacey Herbst and husband, Larry of Charles Town, WV, one son, Robert Nick, Jr. of Charles Town, four grandchildren, Dylan Nick, Kayla Nick, Cael Nick and Chloe Herbst, one great granddaughter, Belle Rose Nick, one great grandson on the way, Crue Croson, three step- children, Douglas Fink, Jr., Tiffany Demory and April Fink, one sister, Patty Bowers and husband, Wayne and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Douglas Fink, Sr. and siblings, Thomas Adkins, Sr., Diane Franks, Pete Seal and Cletus Atkins.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Rev. Daniel Nick officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 from 6-8 pm.
