In Loving Memory of Samuel Philip Taylor, Sr.

February 26, 1943 - January 24, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Samuel Philip Taylor, Sr., 81, of Charles Town, WV. He transitioned into eternal rest on Friday, January 24, 2025, at Jefferson Medical Center, with his devoted wife by his side.

Samuel was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, pastor, coach and friend, whose kindness, wisdom, and love left an indelible mark on all who knew him. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his family and all whose lives he touched.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV. Interment will follow in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
