Scottie Dewayne Fellers, 53, of Charles Town, WV, passed away on April 26, 2026, at home.

Born on January 31, 1973, in Winchester, VA, he was the son of the late Earl Daniel Fellers and Mary Elizabeth Palmer.

Scottie was a forklift operator for DSV at Proctor and Gamble. He loved to fish, loving his happy place at Zetts Fish Hatchery.

He is survived by his fiancé, Jessica Murphy of Charles Town, WV; one sister, Debbie Fellers of Charles Tow, WV; one brother, Earl Fellers of Ranson, WV; three step-sons, AJ Mattos, Tyler Emch, Jayden Palmer; one step-grandson, Jackson Mattos; one niece, Karina Grey; two nephews, Dustin Dixon, Stephen Whetzel; eight great-nieces and great-nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one nephew, Eric Fellers; and one great-niece, Nevaeh Fellers.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026, from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M., at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV.
