Seldon "Ricky" Franklin Gray, 65, of Sharpsburg, Maryland passed away Saturday, December 31, 2022 at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown.

He was born May 16, 1957 in Hagerstown, Maryland and was the son of the late Harry William Gray and Genevieve Walters Gray.

He was of Baptist faith.

Seldon "Ricky" was a loader at CANAM Steel for 40 years. He loved to farm and was always happy-go-lucky. He is a beloved father, grandfather and brother who will be deeply missed.

He is survived by one daughter, Jamie Gray; one son, Ronnie Gray; two grandchildren; one sister, Bessie Tucker (Richard); two brothers, William Gray (Linda) and Joe Gray (Christine) as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by three brothers, Johnny Gray, Terry Gray and Reuben Gray.

Services will be held Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 11:00 am at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Bucky Chapman officiating. Inurnment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Bolivar, WV.
