Sharon "Sherry" Renee Staubs, 65, of Martinsburg, WV passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family and friends.

Born November 9, 1958 in Charles Town, WV, she was the daughter of the late Donald Jamison and Jean Willingham Meyer.

Sherry was of the Christian faith.

Sherry enjoyed spending time with her family and enjoyed every second with her grandchildren and attending their events and especially hosting holiday dinners at her house. She also enjoyed going on beach trips and concerts with her friends.

She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Chad J. Staubs, at home, two sons, W.J. Barrett and companion, Tisha Staubs of Martinsburg and Josh Barrett and wife, Allison of Hedgesville, grandchildren, Josh Barrett, II, Madison Barrett, Piper Barrett, Ryder Barrett, Brandon Gable and Contessa Gable, one brother, Steve Jamison and his family and stepfather, Don Meyer.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, September 16, 2024 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Reverend Steve Stahley officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant View Memory Gardens in Kearneysville, WV.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, September 15, 2024  from 6-8 pm.

Pallbearers will be W.J. Barrett, Josh Barrett, Madison Barrett, Josh Barrett II, Mindy Hart and Doug Hart.
