Shirley Ann Phares' Obituary
Shirley Ann Phares, 79, of Charles Town, WV passed away Thursday, April 25, 2024 at Jefferson Medical Center in Ranson, WV.
Born December 5, 1944 in Cumberland, MD, she was the daughter of the late Omer Whisner and Mabel Dawson Whisner.
She is survived by her daughter, Lori Pauley and companion, Willie Gano of Harpers Ferry, WV, three grandchildren, Richard Pauley, Jr., Dwayne Pauley and Brandon Pauley, six great-grandchildren, Mariah, Mileigh, Blake, Brantley, Ryder and Briella, two brothers, Roger and Walter Whisner and special friend, Wanita Smith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Glee "Pops" Phares, one great granddaughter, Kaylee, and two brothers, Jimmy Dawson and Doug Whisner.
Services will be private.
